PE shrink packaging for grouped goods
The supplied photographs show PE shrink packaging applications. Shrink packaging uses a suitable film and heat process to tighten a pack; it differs from mechanically stretched pallet film. Confirm the proposed film grade and supply format before choosing the process. Application photographs show examples and do not establish a standard machine setting or performance guarantee.
Grouped goods need a stable arrangement before the film is processed. Check whether the items require a supporting tray or another approved component in the pack. Shrinking film around an unstable group does not by itself establish a safe handling unit.
Clarify whether the objective is grouping, outer coverage or a particular presentation. The finished pack needs to meet that purpose while keeping identification readable. Include the contents and their sensitivity to heat in the discussion with the supplier.
Use the supplied photographs as examples for discussing a proposed application. Confirm what film grade and format are actually available for your equipment. Approve the result through a representative trial instead of assuming every illustrated pack uses identical conditions.
Confirm your specification
Specify width, thickness, roll length or net material weight, core size, colour, packing, quantity and destination. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed by the sample and order.
Product details are based on the GUDE catalogue and supplied photographs; operating guidance is general and must be verified on your equipment.
